The safety and well-being of our players are our top priorities. The League is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for all participants. To achieve this, we adhere to the following guidelines and practices:

  1. Education and Training: All coaches and staff undergo training in player safety, including concussion recognition, heat acclimatization, and proper tackling techniques.

  2. Equipment Standards: Coaches ensure that all equipment, including helmets and pads, meets the safety standards and is regularly inspected and maintained.

  3. Health Monitoring: Players, Parents, Referees, and Coaches are required to report any injuries or illnesses to the coaching staff immediately.

  4. Practice Guidelines: Practices are designed to minimize the risk of injury, with a focus on skill development.

  5. Emergency Preparedness: Each program must have an Emergency Action Plan (EAP) in place, knowing how to access medical personnel and emergency equipment during all practices and games.

  6. Parental Involvement: The League encourages parents to be actively involved in their child’s football experience and to communicate any concerns regarding their child’s health and safety.

By following these guidelines, the League aims to create a safe and enjoyable environment for all our young athletes.
